Seasons
SPEED & CONDITIONING
We offer speed and conditioning for track & field and distance athletes with our coaches during their off-season customized to athletes in both middle school and high school. Younger athletes ages 9 and up are also welcome.

Track & field athletes can take advantage of training in both the Fall and Winter seasons.

Distance athletes can take advantage of training in Winter (January-February).
TRACK & FIELD
Our Track and Field season is typically for youth ages 9 and older. The season starts with training in early spring (generally April) with training and competition running through mid-summer (generally end of July). High school athletes join training and competition after their school season.

CROSS COUNTRY
Our youth Cross Country program includes training beginning in late August and runs through early December for ages 9 and older (younger athletes considered on a case by case basis or have older siblings in the program).
​
High school athletes typically join training and competitions for USATF at the end of their school season.
